Does the U.S. spend more on pet food and care than on homeless programs?
CS asked:
I’d actually like some facts/statistics, regardless of political view. The pet food trade association seems to say dog and cat food spending is just above $15B/yr. Not sure how to determine a real number for homelessness spending.

The largest number of poor and destitute in the developed world and now tented towns for those dispossessed of their houses that look for all the world the same as third world refugee camps!!
